NEW CLIENT MEET & GREET / CONSULTATION – Typically In-Person, with Zoom/Remote Options Available

A Meet & Greet is required for all new clients. This is a time to come meet you and your pets, get the “lay of the land”, discuss pet care instructions, provide lockbox if needed, show you how to use our mobile app and client portal, and book and pay for your first service.

M&Gs are scheduled after discussing the basics of your needs and our rates to make sure it’s a good fit.

All Consultations are $40. Invoice must be paid for via Client Portal for M&G to be confirmed in the calendar.
