How to use this estimator
- Add your stops in order — pickup first, drop-off last. Tap a Quick add button for common spots.
- Choose a booking type:
- Single trip — one drive from A to B. If we wait at the appointment (e.g. a quick vet or groomer visit), enter the expected wait time.
- Drop-off & pick-up (2 trips) — e.g. a morning daycare/groomer drop-off and an evening pick-up. Two trips in one booking, and you are not charged for the hours in between.
- Be realistic about time. Include how long it takes to load/unload, manage carriers, and settle the pets — that's the handling time.
- Drive time is automatic — calculated with live traffic for the date & time you pick. All time is billed at our hourly rate, with a $50 minimum per booking.
🐾 Handling policy — please read before booking
- For everyone's safety, we cannot transport aggressive dogs or cats.
- Cats must already be in a secured carrier at pickup. We do not wrangle cats into carriers, or assist with it — the owner, vet, or groomer must do that.
- We only open or unzip the carrier once we are back at the home.
