As Thanksgiving approaches, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our clients. Your trust and support mean the world to me and the Shoreline Happy Paws team. Caring for your pets is our passion and our purpose. We couldn’t do it without your patronage. For this reason, today we’re giving thanks for our clients and your pets!

Giving Thanks for Our Clients’ Trust

At Shoreline Happy Paws, we have been caring for the pets of the Connecticut Shoreline for over a decade. In that time, we have met clients who had never hired a pet sitter before and some who came to our team after a disappointing or subpar experience with another pet care provider.

No matter how you found your way into the Shoreline Happy Paws family, we cannot thank you enough for trusting us with your pets and your home. We recognize that many pet parents are initially uneasy about giving a pet care company access to your home, belongings, and beloved pets. We’re grateful that you gave us a chance to wow you and connect with your family. We believe that in-home pet care is the best care option for pets of all ages and sizes. It wouldn’t be possible for us to do this important work if it weren’t for your trust.

Giving Thanks for Our Clients’ Support

Many of our clients have been with us since we started our business. Others have recently joined our pack. No matter our history, we’re grateful to have clients who support us on social media, value our time and operation, and respect our policies.

As a small business, having clients that work with us is an invaluable gift. We couldn’t do what we do without our clients’ support and cooperation. While you may not realize that you’re supporting us by requesting services in advance, updating your client information before a trip, or ensuring your front steps are treated before a snowstorm, your consideration of our time and our team makes our work more enjoyable and ensures our safety while delivering services.

Giving Thanks for Our Clients’ Kind Words

Businesses today are evaluated based on first impressions. From our website, business awards and recognition to referrals and online reviews, we are only as good as our clients say we are. For this reason, we greatly appreciate our clients’ kind words.

Many of you have shared testimonials online, reviewed our company on Google, Facebook, and Yelp, and have told your friends and neighbors about our team. Your enthusiastic support and recognition of our efforts do not go unnoticed. It’s thanks to your kindness, support, and willingness to spread the word about our team that we have grown steadily over the past decade. We could not be more grateful for your kindness.

Giving Thanks for Our Clients’ Commitment

One of the best things about working with our client base is seeing our clients’ unparalleled commitment to the wellbeing and happiness of your pets. Your proactive approach to pet parenting is awe-inspiring. It makes our work more pleasant and fulfilling as we see the pets in our care enjoying life to the fullest with families that are dedicated to their welfare.

As you may know, I network with professional pet sitters from around the country. The quality of pet parenting we see in the Connecticut Shoreline is not always seen elsewhere. In some areas, pets are an afterthought. They are tied up outside, left to fend for themselves in extreme temperatures and receive little to no human interaction. We are eternally grateful that the pet parents we work with at Shoreline Happy Paws are exceptional caregivers, educated on their pets’ needs, and wholeheartedly devoted to seeing their pets thrive.
