Do you require a Meet & Greet?
Yes, and it's free. Before any recurring walks start, we come to your home, meet your dog, walk through your routine, learn your setup, and answer every question you have. It's how we build a real relationship with your pup and make sure every visit runs smoothly.
What happens if my regular walker is out sick?
Another trained SHP team member steps in. We're a full team, not one person. Your dog still gets out on time, and the backup walker has already studied your dog's notes.
You never scramble. You never have to ask a favor.
Can I book last-minute or same-day walks?
Recurring clients get priority access to our On-Demand service - same-day or next-day walks when life throws a curveball. It's one of the biggest perks of being on a recurring schedule.
One-time walks for non-recurring clients are limited and subject to availability.
What if it rains or snows?
We walk in almost every kind of weather. Dogs still need to potty, stretch, and burn off energy. For extreme weather (thunderstorms, ice storms), we adjust to a shorter walk plus a longer indoor visit with playtime and enrichment.
How do I know my dog actually got walked?
You get a photo report after every visit, with cute pictures and notes from your walker, plus check-in and check-out times through our client app.
On our end, we run GPS tracking and timestamps behind the scenes for quality control, so we always know your walker was there for the full visit. You can also message your sitter directly through the app any time.

How much does recurring dog walking cost?
Recurring walks start at $28 for a 20-minute walk (Weekly Wagger Club rate). Rates scale by duration and how many walks per week you book.
